Well Designed Training Materials
I create well designed training materials that enable the delivery of learning outcomes and support business goals. Training design is provided either as a stand alone service or in conjunction with change design.
I design face-to-face training that clearly directs the facilitator and engages the participant audience. I also have experience creating content for elearning and working with developers.
Training often requires support materials such as posters, game cards, diagrams or infographics. I write, design and produce these, which saves time managing multiple outsourcing resources.

My training design skills are complimented by my change management and graphic design skills. Which means high quality presentation and a consistent look and feel across all training deliverables.
I often work with existing learning templates and I am comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. If you don’t have templates, then I can design those too.
I have written Diploma level training documents for a registered training organisation. This involved extensive research, content creation and consultation with industry experts and suppliers. I work well with other people and can translate technical information into useful training.
I’m available as a contractor to add to your project team, or I can work independently offsite as required.
